The hotel location is perfect for those who want to be close to the desert. the facilities are new and clean. the pool area has amazing views of the sand dunes. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they even organized camel rides for us at the last minute. the buffet dinner was good and we enjoyed the party after.
The shower which was not very good. this didn't affect our overall experience as the hotel was great.

We stayed at a hotel that was literally on the edge of the desert dunes. the soft orange sand was great for the kids to play in. the staff was exceptional and arranged camel rides on short notice for us. the pool had stunning views of the dunes, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel was quite far from the nearest town.

Great location on the dunes, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, beautiful balcony and terrace for photos, enjoyable buffet dinner.

We had an amazing stay on the dunes! This hotel is in the perfect location for those who want to experience the soft, orange sand. The staff was exceptional and very helpful with arranging transportation and camel rides. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, including the pool with stunning views of the dunes. Breakfast was delicious and staff made sure we had everything we needed.

Great Location, very close to the dunes. It makes waking up early and enjoying the sight of the sunrise amazing. The staff arranges camel rides and tours to visit the desert, which can be convenient when you are already there. The pool was exceptional with stunning views of the dunes.
The room was not completely clean. Some fixtures need repair work.

Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable and luxurious experience. Enjoying the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and the Sauna, was incredible. the service provided by the friendly and helpful staff was exceptional. the Sun terrace and Garden area were picturesque and perfect for relaxing while admiring the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Entertainment options were abundant with Live entertainment, Massage and BBQ facilities available.
The only issue I experienced at this hotel was the Wi-Fi connection being slightly unreliable. this was only a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall experience.
